Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Donations are refundable within 7 days of the original transaction date.
• Refunds are only applicable to donations made through our official website: https://kafalatyateem.com (https://kafalatyateem.com)

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, donors must:

1. Contact us at kafalatyateemfoundation@gmail.com
2. Provide the following details:
   • Full name
   • Donation amount
   • Date of donation
   • Transaction ID or donation receipt (which was emailed at the time of donation)

3. Refund Conditions

• Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used.
• We will refund only the net amount received by the Foundation.
• Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time

• Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
